Black Belt Training

Start Time : 1st Kups : 10.00am   /   All Black Belts 12.00pm

1st Kups should arrive by 9.30am & all Black Belts by 11.30am to register

White TAGB Doboks & TAGB Approved Sparring Equipment Only

Any student wishing to attend the TAGB Black Belt Grading must complete both sessions.
All Black Belts must attend at least one session every six months.
Please don't forget to take your TAGB Black Belt Licence Booklet to be stamped.

Cost: £8.00 per session
(non grading students only)

Do you want to represent the West of England at this years British Championships? If you would like to be in one of our Black Belt teams then make sure you get yourself to Area Training. Red belts and above only.

Sparring Training

Sparring training will enable students to prepare for the physical and mental challenges of competition sparring and will also help students improve their ability to free spar at TAGB Gradings. During these sessions you will work on improving your speed, timing, and physical conditioning, using the latest speed and agility exercises, sparring drills and free sparring. Come along and find out how to improve all aspects of your free sparring.
